My item arrived incorrectly for some odd reason. However, after a quick chat via WhatsApp a replacement was already in the post and arrived two days later. I rate a company via their customer service not just by their product. However, I love my nimbot printer I keep in my work bag and have just purchased my 2nd one to keep at home.

It’s efficient and easy to setup as well as use. I was in a complicated situation with not having stickers for my business but thankfully Niimbot had super fast shipping and saved the day. I’ll forever be grateful.
