Disappointed

This is the 3rd machine I have bought as they keep on breaking. The hardware is Unstable and the machines stop holding their charge. I do love it when it works but this is less and less frequent.

I orded the incorrect lables (my mistake) and they were so friendly and had no issues to exchange it for me. I really appreciate it. They arranged everything for the exchange even it was not their mistake to correct.

Excellent service. Absolutely amazing with updates regarding the order and delivery.
This is my second printer, I have the D110 and now the B21. I LOVE my printers, the labels look stunning on the cake boxes, stationery, etc. My colleague just bought one because of my experience with these printers.
Would GLADLY recommend NIIMBOT to everyone.
