Well, I purchased the Niimbot B21 a few weeks back for our startup business, but the app had no payment option to buy the VIP plan. I contacted Dean, the owner of KZN, and received the BEST customer service ever, regular updates until it was sorted. I then needed extra labels and ordered from Niimbot SA, and hey, what more can I say about day delivery from KZN to JHB? One couldn't ask for any better.
