It’s portable and handy, not heavy to carry around, compatible with my iPhone and iPad. My initial enquiry about the product was addressed in good time with the all the relevant information, via email.

On placing my order, I received my unit and extra stickers within 3 days, which is excellent as I stay in a remote area.

I was given speedy assistance via WhatsApp when I struggled to download the proper app for my B3S printer.

So that would be the only complaint I could share: I needed to ask for help with downloading the proper app for the machine that I purchased. Those instructions should have been given in/onthe box, as the only app that pops up on the App Store was not compatible with my machine.

Otherwise; well done to Niimbot South Africa! 🏆🏆

The service from supplier deserves a 10-star. The printer itself is nice and does the job well. HOWEVER, I have 2 issues that negatively affects a full rating:
1. The printer ever so often loses connection to my phone.
2. After paying for the hardware and also for labels (which will be an on-going spend), I don't see why we cannot get all fonts available. Why must we still pay a subscription (not even a once-off) just to get access to nicer fonts on the app? This, I feel, is a total rip-off.
