Waited more than 15 minutes to get 2 labels in person, only to find out that there are no discounts on this quantity as previously ordered. According to staff, none of them were informed of the discount changes as well. Not very pleasant to wait there while they figure that out to process. Kindly take note, it would be nice to value clients whether small or big. Thank you.
